Job Summary
Conduct guest services, crowd management, and asset protection at Ford Field and other Detroit-area venues. Perform duties including ushering, ticket scanning, escalator operation, and directional assistance. Execute entry point inspections using hand wands, bag checks, and magnetometers. Stand for extended periods, walk stairs, and work outside in all elements. Manage access control and handle disorderly or impaired guests. Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
Required Qualifications
