Job Summary
Conduct customer service for patrons attending sports and entertainment events at the Ryan Center, Boss Ice Arena, and Meade Stadium by taking and scanning tickets, assisting with seat location, and providing facility directions. Monitor surveillance of doorways, entrances, and exits as assigned while clearly explaining building policies and procedures. Maintain a professional presentation and work ethic with a winning attitude, capable of interacting with all staff levels including management. Requires ability to work irregular hours primarily nights and weekends with minimal supervision. This part-time role offers a $16.00–$17.00 hourly rate, 401(k) savings plan with matching, and remains open until August 14, 2026.
