Job Summary
Prepare assigned sections by wiping down seats, checking for hazards, and reporting issues to supervisors. Welcome fans at gate opening with a helpful attitude, scan event tickets, and assist guests in locating their seats. Monitor assigned areas for safety, respond promptly to guest concerns, and enforce building policies to manage crowd flow. Ensure ADA-accessible seating availability and know the emergency evacuation plan to assist during incidents. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. This part-time role offers a $13.50 to $14.50 hourly rate with 401(k) matching and no application deadline.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months to 1 year of Event experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
