Job Summary
Execute guest services and ticketing duties by scanning tickets, greeting attendees, and assisting fans with seat location and complex navigation. Prepare assigned sections by wiping down seats, identifying hazards, and reporting issues to supervisors while enforcing building policies to ensure a safe environment. Manage foot traffic flow, respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints, and provide ADA-accessible seating assistance. Monitor assigned areas for opportunities to enhance the event experience and remain alert to potential incidents. Be knowledgeable about emergency evacuation plans to safely assist guests during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred
- Must love working with and helping people
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations
