Job Summary
Conduct guest services as ushers, ticket takers, and directional staff while managing access control, security screening, asset protection, field security, and response teams at M&T Bank Stadium, Camden Yards, and the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Maintain integrity in all interactions, provide quality work and outstanding service, and ensure crowd safety during NFL Football Games, concerts, NCAA Collegiate Sporting Events, and the Preakness. Stand for long periods, walk up and downstairs, and work outside in all elements as required. Flexible part-time schedule with competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.50, including eligibility for overtime and holiday pay.
