Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution for college sports events. Allow appropriate entry into the venue by collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing foot traffic. Initiate genuine greetings to guests at entrances, aisles, and concourses, providing helpful directions to enhance their experience. Demonstrate an understanding of venue policies, procedures, and regulations while maintaining a friendly tone and natural speaking voice. Complete a background investigation and drug/alcohol test as a condition of employment. Must be 18 years or older, hold a high school diploma, and be able to work overtime. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma (or equivalent)
- successfully complete a background investigation
- post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- pass a Driver's Record check

- able to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
