Job Summary
Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution for college sports events, including collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing foot traffic. Initiates friendly greetings to guests at venue entrances and concourses, provides helpful directions to enhance their experience, and ensures the cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas. Demonstrates understanding of venue policies and procedures while maintaining professional communication skills. Requires successful completion of a background investigation and drug/alcohol test. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma and ability to work overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
