Job Summary
Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution by allowing appropriate entry, collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing foot traffic. Initiates friendly greetings to guests at facility entrances, concourses, and aisles while providing helpful directions to enhance their entertainment experience. Demonstrates knowledge of venue policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure operational efficiency and area maintenance. Requires high school diploma, age 18 or older, and ability to work overtime. Weekly pay of $22/hr for college sports events ($18/hr for others) with flexible part-time schedules under 30 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
