Job Summary
Lead sponsorship strategy and lifecycle for Snowflake's events portfolio by identifying and securing sponsors, crafting compelling partnership proposals, and managing sponsor relationships from prospecting through activation and renewal. Collaborate with Marketing, Alliance, Partner, Sales, and Event Production teams to ensure sponsor commitments are executed flawlessly, analyze performance to maximize ROI, and set ambitious program goals that evolve the sponsorship program beyond immediate initiatives. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance at Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY campuses.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in sponsorship sales with a proven revenue-generation track record
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience operating in matrixed organizations and cross-functional environments
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sponsorship initiatives
- Proven ability to manage the full sponsorship lifecycle from prospecting to activation and renewal
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and drive continuous improvement
