Event Specialist - Weekends Only

As an Event Specialist, you’ll generate leads at festivals, home shows, retail locations, and other community events. The position requires greeting attendees, qualifying and capturing lead information, setting appointments to earn bonus pay, and managing event setup and teardown. The role demands high energy, a positive attitude, and weekend availability, with shifts lasting 4–6 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Compensation includes a base pay of $10/hour plus commission, with the potential to earn $20-$30/hour depending on performance.
