Job Summary
Configure Cvent systems, manage complex registration paths, and build event websites to deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences for Mastercard. Lead full lifecycle event planning, coordinate logistics including venues and AV, and negotiate supplier contracts to meet budget and quality expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, executing marketing strategies, integrating event data into Salesforce, and analyzing performance metrics to drive ROI. Ensure compliance with data privacy standards while managing post-event surveys and continuous process improvements. Fluently communicate in Spanish and English across client meetings and project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in event management, meetings, or conference planning
- Strong expertise in Cvent
- Experience with Salesforce, including lead capture and integration
- Background in event marketing, branding, and communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel globally as needed
