Job Summary
Garden Liaison for day-of delivery at private and public Garden events; responsibilities include coordinating with clients, staff, vendors; overseeing event setup/teardown, bartending, cash handling, and POS transactions; ensure excellent guest experience, handle incident reports, inventory, and compliance with alcohol service policies; requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and outdoor work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must complete alcohol service training – TIPS certification or ServSafe Alcohol
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Organizational skills are essential
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to change
- Attention to detail and excellent math skills
- Demonstrate excellent listening and clear speaking skills
- Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to report to work on a changing schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must have exceptional communications skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds; work outside in all seasons
