Job Summary
Coordinate planning and execution of internal and external events for Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. Serve as the primary event coordinator, overseeing the planning and execution of employee and client experiences, including logistics such as room layouts, catering, AV, and registration. Manage promotional materials, gifts, and branding efforts; provide day-of event support; manage vendors and attendee communications; ensure a consistent high-quality event experience aligned with the bank’s brand and values. Collaborate with the Marketing team on projects and initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of event planning or coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/event platforms, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel locally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or related field
- 2+ years of event planning, hospitality, or project coordination experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, a high level of organization, initiative, and energy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining strong accountability and follow-through
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends and travel locally for events
- Ability to lift, transport, and set up event materials and supplies as needed
- Proven ability to independently manage event logistics with minimal supervision
- Experience working with CRM systems, event registration platforms, attendee management, guest communications, and event reporting preferred
