Job Summary
Set up and break down furniture, lighting, and equipment for all meeting and banquet events according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO). Transport conference group boxes, stock supply closets, and replenish meeting supplies including water pitchers and stationery. Maintain cleanliness of all facilities and equipment, including golf carts and street lamps, while adhering to Ocean Reef Club standards. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and be prepared to lift materials over 75 lbs.

- High School diploma
- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language

- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have a strong aptitude for problem-solving
- Must possess a Valid United States driver's license
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach, grab and lift objects over shoulder height
- Must be able to squat and kneel down on a regular basis
- Must be able to bend & twist upper body to reach up, down or sideways on a regular basis
- Must be a team player
- Must provide lateral service
- Must be able to endure outside weather conditions; heat, rain, cold, and at times high winds
- Must be willing and able to work when needed, including weekends & holidays
- Must have regular attendance
- Must present themselves for shifts looking clean, neat and professional
- Must agree to fully comply with Ocean Reef Club rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Club facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, particularly in a banquet or events operation where Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) are utilized
