Job Summary
Setup and tear down of chairs, tables, stages, and other equipment for meetings and conventions at the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium. Lead teams of part-time set-up workers, oversee contractual labor, and ensure completion of tasks such as flooring installation/removal (including basketball flooring and artificial turf), floor marking for seating, and general event setup/tear-down. Requires 3rd shift (12am–8:30am) with the ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be able to perform basic math, follow instructions, and have a High School diploma or GED with prior lead/supervisor experience. Forklift experience and a preferred valid driver’s license are noted; bilingual ability is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 months related experience and/or training
- Lead, supervisor or managerial experience
- Knowledge of operation of motorized equipment and use of basic hand tools
- Forklift experience
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
