Job Summary
Conduct floor operations for event setups, strikes, and technology solutions while delivering customer service to guests and clients. Greet visitors, provide equipment usage instructions, and maintain accurate event information within business systems. Review daily invoices with clients and obtain signatures, ensuring all sets comply with Company SOPs. Manage inventory security, report lost or damaged equipment immediately, and keep occupied areas clean and organized. Continuously enhance technical skills in audio, video, data, staging, and networking while adhering to all safety measures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Planning ability; able to plan ahead and prioritize
- Excellent organizations skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong team player orientation
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
