Job Summary
Conduct floor operations for setup, strike, and technology solutions in hotel environments while delivering unmatched customer service. Greet guests and clients to provide clear equipment instructions, then maintain continuous communication to ensure event success. Complete all sets and strikes per SOPs, review daily invoices for client signatures, and ensure inventory remains secure and in rental condition. Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately to management. Maintain clean, organized Company occupied areas and continuously enhance technical skills in audio, video, staging, and networking.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Planning ability; able to plan ahead and prioritize
- Excellent organizations skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong team player orientation
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
