Job Summary
Manage floor operations for event setup, strike, and technology solutions while delivering unmatched guest service. Greet clients, provide equipment instructions, and maintain continuous communication to ensure event success. Execute all tasks per Company SOPs, including reviewing daily invoices and obtaining signatures. Secure inventory, report lost or damaged equipment immediately, and ensure all occupied areas remain clean and organized. Continuously enhance technical skills in audio, video, data, staging, and networking while prioritizing safety and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)
- Strong technical aptitude
- Planning ability; able to plan ahead and prioritize
- Excellent organizations skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong team player orientation
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
