Job Summary
Manage a defined procurement area, including supplier selection, evaluation, and relationship management based on quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Plan and conduct price, condition, and contract negotiations and auctions for assigned procurement categories while overseeing supplier communication, complaint handling, and quality issue resolution. Maintain material master data and supplier-specific information in procurement systems, contribute to the digitisation and automation of purchasing processes, and support purchasing projects by providing guidance to internal customers. Requires expert-level knowledge of eProcurement solutions, German language skills, and proficiency in data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or completed subject-oriented vocational training
- Several years of professional experience
- Expert-level knowledge of eProcurement solutions and systems
- Advanced communication and customer orientation skills
