Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, provide exceptional customer service, and address guest needs and inquiries. Serve food and beverages efficiently while following serving guidelines and ensuring proper food handling. Assist in setting up event spaces by arranging tables, chairs, and place settings, then participate in post-event cleanup including clearing tables and storing equipment. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, and assist guests with seating, coat check, and special requests. Address guest concerns professionally while adhering to safety regulations, dress code, and alcohol service guidelines. Handle high-pressure situations with grace and adapt to changes in event schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift trays or items as required
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and safety guidelines
- Ramp or equivalent alcohol service certification (if applicable)
