Event Server

Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, and service stations. Provide attentive food and beverage service during weddings, private events, and club functions, covering plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres. Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout service while following timelines and coordinating with banquet captains and kitchen staff. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, adhering to all service standards, safety guidelines, and club policies. Assist with post-event cleanup and resetting for future functions.
