Job Summary
The Sr. Technical Lead operates and maintains advanced audiovisual equipment to ensure flawlessly executed events. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, supervising other technicians, and providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of field experience, strong interpersonal skills, and must be able to handle physical tasks like lifting and operating equipment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of field experience in specialty area is required.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse workforce and senior-level management.
- Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities.
- A valid driver’s license is required for positions that may operate Company vehicles.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
