• •2+ Years of Commercial, Residential or Event Security experience
• •Current, valid driver's license
• •Current working home telephone
• •Ability to obtain any certificates, licenses or registrations necessary to complete the essential duties and responsibilities
• •Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• •Ability to speak and understand English
• •Ability to communicate utilizing two-way radio equipment
• •Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies and procedures
• •Ability to write routine reports
• •Ability to deal effectively and courteously with staff, clients and the general public
• •Ability to maintain a calm, composed presence in an often fast-paced environment
• •Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and react appropriately
