Job Summary
Assists in event day preparation and execution by allowing appropriate entry, collecting tickets, and verifying wristbands. Screens guests via bag searches, metal detectors, and ID verification while protecting venue assets from security breaches. Responds to crowd control issues and provides escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted. Initiates friendly greetings to guests and offers helpful directions to enhance their entertainment experience. Requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and successful completion of a background investigation and drug test. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with part-time flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
