Job Summary
Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. Allows appropriate entry into the venue by collecting tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic. Screens guests during entry via bag searching, hand wands, metal detectors, or x-ray machines while verifying IDs. Protects guests, staff, and assets by monitoring for security breaches at vital checkpoints and responds quickly to crowd control issues, including providing escorts for unruly guests. Demonstrates understanding of venue policies and regulations while initiating friendly greetings and providing helpful directions to enhance the entertainment experience. Requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and successful completion of a background investigation and drug/alcohol test.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
