Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. Allow appropriate entry into the venue by collecting tickets, verifying wristbands, directing traffic, and screening guests via bag searches, metal detectors, and ID verification. Protect assets by monitoring security breaches and respond quickly to crowd control issues, including providing escorts for unruly guests. Initiate friendly greetings and offer helpful directions to enhance the entertainment experience. Maintain professional communication skills and adhere to venue policies and regulations. Work part-time flexible shifts including overnights and weekends from 11pm to 7am.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
