Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. Allow appropriate entry into the venue by collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands, directing traffic, and screening guests via bag searches, metal detectors, or x-ray machines. Protect assets by monitoring security breaches and respond quickly to crowd control issues, including providing escorts for unruly guests during ejections. Initiate friendly greetings to guests and provide helpful directions to enhance their entertainment experience. Maintain professional communication skills and adhere to venue policies and regulations. Work overnight shifts as part of a part-time schedule under 30 hours per week, with overtime available as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
