Job Summary
Collaborate in security planning processes, conduct risk assessments, and develop protocols to mitigate threats for company events. Review, update, and create foundational SOP documentation while overseeing security operations at assigned client locations. Assist in procuring security services, implement metrics to measure performance, and serve as quality control for permanent and temporary personnel. Coordinate security efforts with private providers, venues, and law enforcement agencies, and respond to emergencies in accordance with established policies. Manage strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, and project budgeting. This role requires a valid passport, ability to travel up to 30%, and a background check. Salary is $115,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence expectations and effectively resolve conflict at all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate successfully with multiple security teams
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Ability to travel up to 30%, sometimes with little notice
