Job Summary
Collaborate in security planning processes, conduct risk assessments, and develop protocols to mitigate threats for company events. Review, update, and create foundational standard operating procedures, while overseeing security operations and coordinating efforts with private providers, venues, and law enforcement. Assist in procuring security services, manage strategic vendor relationships, and implement metrics to support budgeting and performance initiatives. Serve as quality control for security personnel and respond to emergencies in accordance with established policies. Coordinate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to align security strategies with business objectives while maintaining cultural awareness. Manage project budgeting, invoicing, and business continuity efforts for regional events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence expectations and effectively resolve conflict at all organizational levels
- Ability to collaborate successfully with multiple security teams
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Adaptability and effectiveness in high-pressure or unexpected situations
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn client communication platforms and tools
