Job Summary
Conduct bag searches, verify wristbands and badges, and enforce access control policies to protect guests, staff, and venue assets during entry. Screen attendees via hand wands or metal detectors while directing traffic and providing helpful directions to enhance the entertainment experience. Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when ejections are warranted. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution across festivals, concerts, and sporting events. Work part-time flexible schedules under 30 hours per week with weekly pay at $15.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
