Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, screen guests and vendors using metal detectors and hand wands, and enforce PPL Center policies to ensure safety. Investigate incidents involving injuries or theft, respond to crowd control issues, and aid in emergency evacuations. Write detailed reports for records and assist with seating discrepancies while maintaining awareness of special arena functions. Work beyond traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work beyond traditional business hours, including nights, weekends and select holidays
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
