Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest safety through bag checks, pat downs, crowd monitoring, and stage security. Perform ID checks to verify legal drinking age, anticipate and diffuse unsafe situations, and assist with guest evictions as required. Complete written event summaries after each shift and support housekeeping tasks during and after events. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in loud, dark, and crowded environments. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $19.75-$22.00 CAD with pension matching and requires a valid AST or BST license, flexible evening and weekend availability, and completion of orientation and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- A valid AST or BST license
- Must be friendly, courteous and polite with a positive attitude
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Must have a flexible schedule that allows for evening and weekend work
- Comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served
- Comfortable working in an environment that is often loud, dark, and crowded
- Must be willing and able to complete a Police Information Check
- Must complete an Online Orientation and in-person training session
