Job Summary
Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors regarding security issues, medical emergencies, and fire alarms. Admit building staff, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and guests to the facility according to established security procedures while protecting Arena equipment, materials, and structures. Provide regular security functions within the Arena and related areas prior to, during, and after all events, including performing escorts when requested. Receive, record, and return lost and found items per team procedures. Work beyond traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a valid CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work beyond traditional business hours, including nights, weekends and select holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid CPR certification (earned or can earn)

- Prior security experience
