Job Summary
Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution, including allowing appropriate entry, collecting tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing venue traffic. Demonstrates understanding of venue policies and regulations while initiating friendly greetings and providing helpful directions to enhance guest experiences. Interacts with guests using a natural speaking voice and friendly tone to ensure safety and fun at sports stadiums, concerts, and festivals in Lafayette, IN. Requires ability to work overtime as needed and complete background investigations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a high-energy event environment
- Must be available for Lafayette, IN location
