Job Summary
Provide overall security for all ticketed and non-ticketed events at UBS Arena, effectively servicing guests, clients, and employees. Operate detecting devices and equipment to screen individuals and prevent prohibited items from entering the venue. Use company-approved communication devices such as two-way radios when required. Write reports to document incidents involving guests and employees. This role requires working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the position remaining open until October 23, 2026. Candidates must hold an active NYS Security License and demonstrate the ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a demonstrated ability to function independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must hold and maintain an active NYS Security License
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an Event Security role preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
