Job Summary
Provide professional, diplomatic, and proactive fan service while maintaining high security standards during events. Conduct bag and identification checks, offer informed responses to service inquiries, and report or follow up on all incidents. Assist in emergency situations including evacuation and injury, ensuring adherence to MLSE house policies, alcohol enforcement, and Occupational Health & Safety Act provisions. Work flexible shifts including weekdays as early as 4:30 pm, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possession of valid Security License (Bill C-159)
- Smart Serve Certificate within the last 4 years
- Must be flexible to work shifts including weekdays as early as 4:30 pm, weekends and occasional holidays
- Ability to work in a variety of environments and temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Current First-Aid/CPR training
- Friendly, diplomatic, and outgoing attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions
