Event Security Officer

Job Summary
Patrol the property, assist guests with room access, and monitor security systems (CCTV, perimeter and duress alarms, fire life safety). Lock entrances when required, conduct daily hazard inspections, respond to accidents and emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and notify appropriate personnel. Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and complete incident reports to document Loss Prevention-related events. Maintain confidentiality of security documents; participate in investigations and interviews; follow company policies, protect assets, and support teamwork. Stand/walk for extended periods and move objects up to 50 pounds (with assistance for heavier loads). Some states may have additional licensing/registration requirements to be considered for this position.
