Job Summary
Check bags, scan tickets, and verify wristbands while directing traffic and screening guests via bag searches, hand wands, or metal detectors. Enforce access control policies to protect venue assets and respond immediately to crowd control issues or security breaches. Provide helpful directions and positive guest experiences throughout the concourse and entrance areas. Assist with event day preparation and execution, including ID verification and ticket collection. Work flexible part-time shifts under 30 hours weekly with immediate weekly pay of $18.25/hour. Candidates must hold a California Guard Card, pass background checks, and be able to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- California Guard Card
- successfully complete a background investigation
- successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- good independent judgment and discretion
- able to work overtime as needed
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
