Job Summary
Check bags, scan tickets, and verify wristbands and badges to allow appropriate entry while screening guests via bag searching, hand wands, or metal detectors. Direct traffic at venue entrances, concourses, and aisls, and protect assets by monitoring for security breaches at vital checkpoints. Respond quickly to crowd control issues, provide escorts for unruly guests, and offer helpful directions to enhance the entertainment experience. This part-time role in Santa Clara, CA, offers a weekly pay rate of $25.00 per hour with flexible scheduling under 30 hours. Candidates must be 18 years or older, hold a California Guard Card, and pass a background investigation and drug/alcohol test.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- California Guard Card
