Job Summary
Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification while enforcing access control and implementing safety policies. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution, including directing traffic, collecting tickets, and verifying wristbands and badges. Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at vital checkpoints and responding quickly to potential crowd control issues. Provide helpful directions and suggestions to enhance the guest entertainment experience. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma, possess a California Guard Card, and successfully complete a background investigation and drug/alcohol test. Flexible part-time hours under 30 per week with weekly pay starting at $25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion of a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- California Guard Card
