Job Summary
Conduct security screenings, bag checks, and ticket scans for concertgoers upon arrival. Perform ID verification and wristbanding for patrons over 21, while monitoring external venue areas including parking lots and smoking zones. Execute credential checks for backstage and restricted areas, manage crowd control, and address unsafe conduct using de-escalation tactics. Escort artists to and from public areas and perform light cleaning during and after events. Requires standing or walking for up to 7 hours, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude in loud environments. Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 to apply
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- Ability to work in a loud and fast paced environment
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 7 hours
- Strong intrapersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and be team oriented
- Availability to work various hours: nights, weekends, and holidays as required
