Job Summary
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution by allowing appropriate entry into venues, collecting and scanning tickets, and verifying wristbands and badges. Direct traffic coming in and out of the venue while initiating genuine, friendly greetings to guests at entrances, aisles, and concourse areas. Provide helpful directions and suggestions to enhance the entertainment experience using a natural speaking voice and friendly tone. Demonstrate an understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations for different venues, facilities, and events. Work flexible part-time shifts under 30 hours per week with weekly pay at $16.50/hr in Lexington, KY, and be open to surrounding cities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a Driver's Record check
- Professional demeanor
- Articulate
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
