Job Summary
Check bags, scan tickets, and verify wristbands and badges while directing traffic and screening guests via bag searches, hand wands, or metal detectors. Enforce access control and implement safety policies to protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for breaches at checkpoints. Respond quickly to crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution, offering helpful directions to enhance the guest experience. This part-time role includes flexible scheduling under 30 hours per week with weekly pay at $15.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successfully complete a background investigation
- successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- good independent judgment and discretion
- able to work overtime as needed
- outstanding oral and written communication skills
