Job Summary
Ensure all guests enjoy a safe and pleasant environment at Progressive Field by performing thorough bag checks and managing gate entry. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a secure environment, responding to conflicts or emergencies, adhering to ballpark policies, and effectively monitoring crowd management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage positively with guests, and successful completion of mandatory security training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete training requirements is mandatory
- Possess a working understanding of safety and security functions, customer service philosophies, and principles related to conflict de-escalation and resolution
- Ability to join and maintain good standing in the Service Employees International Union, Local 1
