Job Summary
Enforce venue policies and monitor entry/exit points to ensure guest safety and comfort. Perform routine searches of guests, tickets, and bags to screen for prohibited items. Direct patrons to seating and services while maintaining clear access routes for vehicles and walkways. Act on patron complaints, report suspicious activity, and assist with orderly evacuations during emergencies. Provide security escorts as required by event specifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- Texas Non-Commissioned Guard Card (Level II Training & Exam)
- Full physical and mental dexterity with the ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, see and speak English clearly
- The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- The ability to lift 25lbs
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend work schedules
