Job Summary
Greet visitors, vendors, and employees while maintaining professional standards and delivering quality customer service. Respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help by determining course of action, notifying authorities, and assisting as needed. Execute assigned post orders including ticket taking, ushering, guest services, and elevator operations while remaining vigilant for safety. Understand daily event needs, revisions, and your chain of command to fulfill expanded duties as requested by customers. Submit to background and drug screening as required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/or equivalent (GED)
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screening where required
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly
- Must be able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to facilitate progressive change
- Ability to get along with other employees
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to continually improve
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills
