Job Summary
Greet visitors, vendors, and employees while maintaining professional standards and delivering quality service. Respond immediately to emergency alarms, determine course of action, notify authorities, and assist as needed. Perform assigned post orders including ticket taking, ushering, guest services, and elevator operation. Maintain vigilance in safety awareness and understand daily event needs and chain of command. Submit to background and drug screening as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/or equivalent (GED)
- 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to submit to a background and drug screening
- Ability to see, hear, speak and write clearly
- Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to sit, twist, turn, and bend as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
