Job Summary
Greet fans, educate them on Rogers Place services, and promote a safe environment by screening ingress using metal detectors and conducting bag searches. Patrol assigned areas, respond to emergencies, and attend to guest incidents while deescalating situations. Liaise with Police and Medical during incidents and complete incident reports and required documentation for all security events. Maintain a positive demeanor throughout all interactions to ensure guest comfort and staff safety.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Security Services and Investigator Act License (SSIA)
- Valid ProServe and ProTech
- 50% availability; you must be available for 50% of the events scheduled at Rogers Place in a month
- You have experience as a security agent
- You are a reliable team member
- You have a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C is an asset
- You are curious and enjoy learning new skills
- You would like to play an influential role in delivering a renowned customer experience
