Job Summary

Event Sales Representative responsible for coordinating and representing the company at local events and community outreach efforts to drive sales. Responsibilities include building partnerships with local organizations and influencers, achieving sales goals with local leadership, planning market-specific initiatives (sponsorships, pop-up events, and community campaigns), prospecting and closing deals, engaging existing customers with tailored solutions, serving as a local point of contact, guiding market trends and training new employees, collaborating with regional leadership, reporting event performance via KPIs, ensuring proper staffing and brand-aligned events, and maintaining accurate activity records. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel locally as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in event coordination, sales, or community outreach
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Must possess and maintain a personal car, a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Able to lift and move equipment and materials for event setup
