Engage everyone at local events and shows to schedule free in-home estimates for American Home Design's home improvement products. Professionally represent the company while using persuasive communication skills to excite potential customers. Actively approach attendees with confidence and enthusiasm to drive sales performance. Requires active participation on feet for four-hour shifts during weekend events across Middle TN, with reliable transportation needed to reach multiple locations. Base pay plus uncapped bonuses grow with your results.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
- Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!
- Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
- Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
